Momentum Rehab & Performance (MRP) is built on more than 15 years of dedication to the health and fitness industry. Since our beginnings in 2014 as Fortitude Rehabilitation & Conditioning, our mission has remained the same: to put people at the centre of everything we do.
We believe better health should be accessible, sustainable, and empowering. Our role is to give everyday people the tools, knowledge, and support they need to improve their wellbeing now—and maintain it for the future.

We operate from our consulting room and rehabilitation gym within the Fremantle Rowing Club in East Fremantle, Perth.
For added flexibility, we also offer a fully mobile service, delivering the same high‑quality care at home, in the community, or within workplaces.
